Wonderful capture! And I must say that I'm a real stickler when it comes to horizons that aren't level (unless they're used dramatically for artistic purposes) - and this qualifies as one of the exceptions. The tilt actually enhances the mood of the piece. Well seen & presented. |

Jamaica perhaps? This is one of those pictures that just takes my breath away. The horse and rider and beautiful, the motion captured perfectly and it reminds me of one of my favorite places even if it isn't in Jamaica :) |

Great image. Could see this image in a woman's mag or travel mag. Good colour and DOF. A lower angle with his head above the horizon would have strengthened the image a bit more. And although it's not too distracting here, that very tilted horizon does look a bit awkward. |

nicely done. imagine this would look good on a calendar. too bad, though, that you couldn't do anything about that horizon ;-) |

The horse and rider are "straight" but the horizon in the background is distractedly not. Very good capture, though. |

This is a great image up front. At the back the sloping horizon is a bit off-putting, but I can see why you would go for having the ground up front flat. |

I was happy to see this image in the Best of Challenge, as it has a certain magic about it that sets it aside from so many "regular" shots. |

This is a wonderful capture. the horse and rider are magnificent. If the horizon was straight, it would be a perfect. |

Gorgeous animal (the horse of course, although the guy isn't too shabby either!). Looks like it should be an ad in a magazine. |

This looks like an Austrian Lippizaner. Not crazy about the tipped horizon line. Otherwise Lovely! |

Marvelous action shot. You can see the wind in this shot with the waves and the hair movement. I really like the spray coming up. Fantastic capture. Congrats. |

wow this horse almost doesn't look real! Nice detail and expression on the guys face. The only thing I would have liked to see is a little more room on the right of the frame so it looks like the horse has somewhere to go (just my humble opinion) |

This is filled with such a wonderful sense of energy - but WHY did you leave the hrizon tilted? I can oly assume that it was a deliberate dcision on your part, but for this viewer, at any rate, it is incredibly distracting. |

This could have been a sure Fire Winner as its a stunning shot.
The Horizon is a big Killer as I think you were probably so enthused by your image you missed this, or maybe you like it that way.
I will be suprised if I am the only person who has mentioned this.
Never the Less an Outstanding Image. |

This is a beautiful image. Although your subjects are well captured and nicely focused, your horizon is a mess, which is a shame, as it distracts from how truly great this picture is. Good Luck. |

I've seen several photos from this same "Art in Motion Workshop". They are all stunning, not atter the photographer. The stop action is great. Horizon is a little off kilter, but still a stunning photography. Are you familiar with Mary Cornelius? Highly Rated. |
