 I'm afraid quite a lot of Photoshop trickery went into this. My wife cut out the pumpkin and bat shapes out of yellow card. I took a picture of these against a black background. Then I separated the picture into two layers in Photoshop... the background and the shapes. I applied a different gradient to the background and shapes, and used layer effects to add texture to the shapes. I added a bit of the Plastic Wrap filter. And that's about it!
I would have tried a more traditional picture, but we don't really celebrate halloween in any way, so I thought I'd try something a bit different.

Magnets? That's what I'm guessing. The pattern of colors is nice and the edges are very smooth yet defined. Well done. The setting up of the shot seems off for some reason, can't quite put my finger on it and the upper left looks a bit blown out. A 7
