| Wonderful shot David! Should have done better in the scoring, but these kind of shots are very hard to bring down to 720 pixels; At larger sizes, it would have been at least top 20! |

| One of my "10's" in best of 2006! This shot to me is just breathtaking. Actually looks more like an oil painting than a photograph. Love thw wide expanse it covers...the rich, deep, vivid colors... just fantastic! |

| Beautiful!!! I love the colors in this image and way that they sort of create a gradient of brown-red at the bottom up to the blue-white at the top. Maybe just a bit oversharpened but I still like it and it still appeals to me. Great job!!! Good luck with the challenge!!! |
