This challenge nearly drove me nuts. I haven\'t entered anything since the first expert editing challenge, after entering 60 challenges without a break it was time for a rest. Anyway this week I got the urge to get back at it so I took dozens of portraits mostly of my two daughters, posted at least 4 different shots of my youngest daughter I was never really happy with any of them, Tonight I decided to try one more time. This is what I ended up with. Not sure how well it will score but regardless I am very happy with this shot.
Shot in black and white using one light with umbrella and two strobes one with a softbox other with a 20/80 bounce with a silver reflector. also had a big gold reflector on the left side.
PP cropped, cloned out a couple of minor distractions, adjusted exposure, highlights and shadows, auto contrast, auto levels, auto colors, minor curve adjustment, reduced noise, resized and saved. |
