I know dpc tends to be brutal on portraits because it is the playground of so many phenomenal portrait photographers, but I think this photo should have scored better than 4.9. I think it's composed very well of a beautiful person, and I think the slight over-exposure actually works with this for a high contrast look.

edit to come back and add: You have GORGEOUS, stunning eyes!

I would usually complain about overexposure but the drawing on your face serves to replace a lot of the shape of your face. The overall effect is quite interesting. 7.

love the treatment on the eyes - but it is a little more blown out on the face than I like - I lost the tip of your nose

Highlights way too burnt out for my taste. Eyes are good though...

Well think this is great =) the ocntrast works really effectively here and your eyes are perfectly outlined and clear, especially the irises which look dazzling. What's great is the pattern on your cheek brings the slightly faded out mouth back into the photo and works well to bring the attention to the image as a whole. Very nicely done, one of the best I've seen you do. I'm sure you'll do better then me! xxx

I like how sharp the eyes are... I just feel the overall image is too bright and too much detail has been lost.
