Great, like this a lot...should've been higher. All of their faces are hit with light - I know that's not easy.

Very nicely done.
Has all the markings of a professional shot I could see on the front of a music magazine or similar. |

If you cropped this tighter to show just the 5 faces, I will hand you a 10.
But given the fact that the voters can only see 640 pixels and the cracked floor already took more than a quarter of it, I can not hardly see the emotion on the guys' faces. Instead, I am giving a 7 for your B&W processing. |

Probably a little hard to apreciate with such a small res.
But great lighting control. Not a bad pose, if a little predicatable.
Love the tones and the dodge+burns though, normally i'd say you were a little heavy handed but i think it suits a band shot like this.
