horizon drastically needs straightening and the shot is rather grainy

This is a nice idea but there is alot of noise and the focus is off and you should try to straighten the horizon.

The grain takes away from the colors of the shot, IMO

This looks as almost as if it were from a very old digital camera, or a Camera phone. SOme Image Noise Coupled with Very BAD Jpeg artifacts.

Then add that you shot with it directly into the sun there is no illumination anywhere but one path.

hmm, this seems to be out of focus and the blob of light on the right side is distracting.Maybe some post processing to correct the color and bring it out would have been better.

I like the clouds, but the whole image seem a bit out of focus. I wish the photo was bigger as well.
