crated a background layer and applied blur
sharpend just a little as i felt the focus was a little soft.

a little s curve would cure ur contrast and it even help ur sharpness problem, also cropping off the pole to the right

Good color. The bokeh effect is nice; not too overpowering. And I really like the combination of old and new wire. It looks like there is at least three distinct generations of fencing there.
