 This is a photo of the Travelers Insurance building in Hartford, CT. I had no tripod for this photo because I wasn't expecting to take photos that night.

I had to do this by hand, centering the lighted part of the building using ISO 1600.

Editing was most for levels with some masking to bring out the lighted portion as the center focus.

You did a nice exposure, but I think the subject is what brought the score down. As an architectural piece, it needs more interest.

Wow! This is my home town. I can look out my window and see this tower right now! Nice job on the exposure however this tower is tough to photograph from ground level without a super wide lens.

Can I ask a question? What is the main focal point of this photo? The part of the building that is lit up? Most likely...and that makes the viewer direct their attention to the upper areas of your entry. Yes? Takes the 'centered' component of the challenge away IMO. Best of luck to you in the challenge.

This image is a bit static, the lighting ins strange, and the composition is not really centered.

Too much noise. Maybe you could convert this to B&W and play with the level to get a more interesting shot.
