Taken at sunset... it's an exaggerated photo (duh), but I did all the work in exposure, not Photoshop.

This was a pretty dismal town... petroleum refinery at the heart, pumping life through the pocketbooks of the people. And where does the money go? Right back into the bars. Hopes and dreams do not live long in Petrolia, PA.

It seems to be a nice sunset but your point of vue is not very good. It looks more like a snap shot than anything else. The power lines and the houses are killing it.

Cool image. You could have used the song from The Fixx called "Red Skys at Night" for the title. :-) Good luck. The color is cool, but I'm not sure the composition of phone/electricity wires will score well.
