I feel this would have been a more powerfull shot if you had left it original. It looks like it was taken at night, indoors, so maybe not. The way it is I had to look long and hard to figure out it was a snowboarder.

I'm guessing the snowboarder was backlit and substantially underexposed? Not sure if you weren't better off leaving him in darkness rather than processing as you did.

The post processing kills this image for me. Sorry...

I am not a big fan of the treatment you've done here. It seems a little distracting to me.

Very noisy, lighting is not very good. The effect on the border doesn't appeal to me either. Sorry. 4

I'm not sure how you did this or whether this is a person jumping or a flat sign being thrown into the air. Sorry to say it doesn't work for me and only feels confusing.

Why ? It doesn't look artistic, i would like it better if the snowboarder would be in focus and realistic.

Very different image, but over-edited in my opinion. Lots of areas underexposed, very grainy also.

Is it a legal processing?
I don't realy like the effect

I would be interested to see this without the editing.

3 there´s something terribly wrong with the processing here. Or maybe I don´t get it...

Not a fan of the PP here, at all. 3

??? what on earth is this? It looks like a very bad "cut'n'paste" from another picture.
01/03/2007 05:47:15 PM
Grainy, not sure what that is ... a person heavily edited?
01/03/2007 04:10:07 PM
i love the snowboarder's grab move but the image is way overprocessed

Terrible photoshopping. Its ugly.

This has the potential of a very cool shot. You did a great job of capturing the subject in mid-air. I think, though, that there is too much post processing which really detracts from the image as a photograph, and kind of makes it more like digital art than photograhy.
