| At first I thought 'woah - too much uneven contrast', but I assume this is an HDR image? On further inspection I like the effect. |

| Enjoyable rendering of the Des Moines landmark, which contains interesting WPA works, and some most accurate & careful, continuing architectural renovations - especially in the fabulous Law Library. |

| I'd guess its HDR, but to my eye it simply looks like something's gone badly wrong with the processing of this image. It seems more like an illustration than a photograph. |

| I think I would have cropped the cars out of the photo. However, it is a beautiful shot with the colors really standing out in front of that dark sky. |
