delicious eye candy. The way the scene is set in layers is very intriguing - and each layer gets more and more foggy. Yet despite the fact that the fog blurs things, it appears to still be in focus. Wonderful work. The tones here are beautiful. I love it!

My conclusion after looking at your photos is that Romania is at least as picturesque as Iceland. Keep up the good work. I like the interesting photos you bring to DPC from your country.

I graded this one a 6 during the challenge, but now that I reflect more upon my rating, I think I erred on this one. This is really a very striking shot, even if not the most original in this challenge. Thanks for sharing this piece of work.

The photo seems to lend itself to this type of processing. Nicely done

This is fantastically harsh & surreal. I know it's been "done" before, but the processing suits the scene & the challenge perfectly. One of my top picks.

Too grainy and the added texture takes it away from photography and forces me to vote against the rules set...

Like it, looks like a painting, which alot of these 'Expert editing' shot seem to.

It looks like the pollution is so bad it has stuck to the sky and is in danger of falling. I like it a lot. 10+

Terrific post editing. I love the layering effect almost as if we are looking through an aged old window to see the industrial setting beyond. 7

Wow...very, very nice...I mean harsh! Wow...I love it. I think with expert editing you could have cloned the top-most wire out and had a photo worth an eleven. I do regret to tell you that I don't or rarely vote in challenges I enter which I do have a submission for in this challenge. If I were voting, I'd give you a 10 - your photo would be my pick for the blue ribbon. I will say, I'm saving your photo to favs and best of luck to you!

Harsh Environment. This is grimmer than a really grimy, grim thing. It creates feelings of depression and hopelessness. Well Done, well worthy of a 10.

structures in the sky are a bit too prominent for my taste. otherwise well done, you created a very uncomfortable mood

I like this one, the atmosphere is very "post nuclear war" I really like the color tones in it. I do find the texture on the sky from what I assume is a cracked wall to be a little bit drawing too much attention on it, I personally would have had it a little less obvious, like with a lower opacity on that layer but nothing that is really bothering me. 8 from me, nice work.
