 Taken through a fence at an apartment demolition site near my place. There was garbage everywhere, including this open book.
This would actually fall under advanced editing rules but I thought it worked well for this competition.
As my first ever members entry, I hope it does well.

This one I like. Great texture and exposure and environment. Only thing I really dislike is the addition of BOTH vignettign and a frame, I think that´s a bit redundant and would have preferred this entry with only either but still one of the effects. Anyway, one of the best in the challenge as far as I am concerned, gave it an 8.

If i only could read the pages of the book, if the image were closer, if the pages were muddy. Well lit, but I can't see the theme of this image without the title. I will give you a 7 for creativity and lighting..

An interesting photo and title. Any advance editing? I barely noticed the border you've added...I think a dark grey border would have been better.
