Somehow this is a really funny photo - I'd have loved to see the dog's nose in more clarity, along with a clearer background. |

sorry, NOTHING graceful about a dog shaking to me.... The blur and the motion are a bit unsettling to the viewer. The stick on the right is also distracting. |

I have seen a lot of dogs shake off water this way but I have never once thought of it as being graceful...no matter what your title says! LOL. Nevertheless, I will look at the photo for its technical merit. I think this kind of blurred motion shot is something one either likes or dislikes as a matter of personal taste. I don't usually care for it although you seem to have done a good job of it (for what I know about the it). The thing I like best is that the blades of grass in the background are so well focused which give a nice counterbalance to the movement. |
