Nice idea with the title and good execution, but I just don't think the picture stands on its own. I'd like to be able to know why this battery is where it is without a title. |

Congratulations on capturing this! The color tint tones down the dramatic impact of the splash moment-how would this look in B&W? |

The absolute rule with the water splash genre is to have a bright, sharp image. Unfortunately this image suffers from having neither. Try using 2 or maybe 3 flash units to get enough light to stop the action. |

The lighting seems dark, but I love the concept |

The overall hue/tone doesn't do much for me, but the idea is great! |

Back to comment. Cool idea and nice crop. Good splash too. IMHO this shot might not be living up to it's potential because it could use a brighter (fairly vibrant colored) background to provide the eye with a little more "WOW". Bumping up to 7. |

Sure it's just me, but really hate the color here, sorry. |

looks like its a broken glass, is it broken actually? :) nice water and nice title. a brighter picture with a bit more contrast would have suited my taste better. |

I like the title, I like the concept, but for something that is referring to energy, I would like to have seen more brightness from the picture. The cooler darker tone (greenish on my screen), does not convey energy. Maybe a lighter background to really help the splash (cool capture!) and the battery pop out more. |

The photo seems a little too dark to me. I like it though and you had a great idea. The border is a nice touch...I wish more people would add borders. Give the photo a 10 |

Great splash capture, but it's way too underexposed. |

I love the still "motion" here. The coloring and lighting is perfect. Good Luck |

I barely even noticed the battery, and might not even have gone looking for it if not for the theme of the challenge. It's a nice idea, but I feel it might have been nice if the battery were more visible. Also, the color of the image seems off to me, as does its lacking brightness. |
