| They are extremely out of focus for me, and there is no real pattern for me to see, it looks very chaotic. |

this is a good idea, but the exectuion needs a little more. it's very grainy, and while with sme images that works very well, it doesn't here. the focus isn't as sharp as it could be. this really needs a tripod to work well. the jpeg artifacts around the lights don't help either.
it is a good composition, and well spotted. a pass through noise reduction may help. also, amke sure sure you're shooting with your camera on full resolution.

| The idea looks interisting, but the execution is noisy and off focus, unless that's what you were looking for, but doesn't work much for me... |

| Try using a tripod next time for long exposures so the picture won't be so blurry. Also noise level is very high. |

| Is it raining? Hard to keep still during a longer exposure. Or was it the lights moving? I notice they do not blur in the same direction. |
