I like the fact that there is some webrot on the bottom of the brown leaf, it really draws the eye away from the green, makes one look twice! GREAT JOB!!

Well done. Not only does this fit the challenge theme, but combined
with the title, "life and death" it's even profound, as a living leaf
is used as a background.
And technically, I like the sharp details on this closeup.
