| Clever idea and very strong visual message. Is there actually a "Waters departing" lyric or are you just stretching it a little by pointing out this was the album during which Roger Waters left the band? Anyway, as I'm not voting, just commenting, my ignorance doesn't make a difference either way! Would make a good stock image for drought and over use of water, I think. |

Dang...you are good! This is brilliant. This is exactly what happened when Waters left the band...their talent dried up. Your detail, composition, lighting and subject matter warrant a 10 from me!! Good luck. (the drop of water is genious).

Graphically and technically superb.
I like the interpretation of the challenge... symbolic and perfectly realized.. this should win.. but, I can't help thinking that it needs a closer correlation to the challenge... does it really fit 'the final cut' title....

| Though it doesn't really meet the challenge - without the explanation in brackets the subject had no relation to the title - it is a great shot. Good lighting, very good composition, crisp and clean. Would have been perfect, if the screw in the gutter wasn't missing |
