 Looked around for something brown...tried holding them in my hand, but didn't like any of my one handed shots. I looked through for an appropriate newspaper article and thought this picture of Yao would look cute in the background.

I shot in my kitchen with poor lighting and used in-camera flash. I made adjustments to exposure, contrast and brightnes in raw conversion then adjusted levels, cropped and sharpened in photoshop elements.

In answer to the many who questioned the use of the newspaper, I see now it was an obvious mistake. However, I thought the expression on Yao's face was comical and fit with the Mounds/Almond Joy advertising slogan, "Sometimes you feel like a nut; sometimes you don't." Oh well, there's always another challenge, right?

Why are the nuts sitting on top of Yao Ming? I don't get it. The newspaper doesn't seem to add anything to the composition.

I wish the photo wasnt in the background, although it goes with the title. IT definitely takes my attention away from the nuts, which is supposed to be the main focus, being brown.

I feel a little dense at the moment. What does Yao Ming have to do with the almonds? I am so confused. (Not confused enough to allow it affect my vote however).
