This does not seem like a portrait to me. I would like more detail in the face and a solid background (I don't like that it fades into the shadow). Is the cat in a box? The stripe across the bottom doesn't add anything. |

Lol - Ha, ha, ha. Love the title. Goes great with the cat's expression! Good lighting and colors. |

Nice picture, the darktones however don't show details (technically), fair enough |

8 - Oh boy, good title. Nice portrait, like the angle, don't mind the brown 'edge' - gives some context and perspective. Softness works here, but do wonder about a fraction sharper but who knows. I just like your title with this image. Funny. |

Amusing title and certainly with the wide staring eyes that quote really seems to fit the emotion of the picture:-) The single weakness that this photo suffers from is lighting. I see the eyes but cannot make out much of the details of the right half of the cat's face including the nose. Either a better lighting set up is called for to illuminate the cat's entire face or playing around with Brightness & Contrast tools or even upping the Gamma slightly could help to make this a better composition. |

I really like the darkness of this shot. It really makes the eyes stand out. The focus is great and the composition is good too. I like the close-up and personal feel. |
