| Found this contest difficult to judge. It is not easy defining and showing dirt without being cliche and contrived. The cold, wet, not to mention dirty sky of this image all added up to a good definition. |

| Sharp detail at the horizon. A little smaller aperture would mke the foreground sharper. Composition works for me, with the snow and curved rows leading to the barn. Nice landscape. Looks cold there. |

| Nicely captured sky. The textures of the fallow earth aren't bad. A nice subtle shot. I wish you were able to bring the barn out a bit in detail. 6 |

| Nice job of filling the screen with dirt, while keeping the picture interesting. The snow on the leding lines going to the barn stand out well. |
