Great contrast in the pup itself, and your color coordination is off the hook. Fantastic shooting. One of my fav's. GL. Well its in my top 3, 1 of my only 3 10's. Excellent skills here. |

7 - Nice setup/background, toning is an unusual choice/combination, but does work and grow on you after a while, mainly because of uniqueness. Like to have seen both eyes, as difficult as it is with the fur. |

Great backdrop for this dog. I like the overall color too. Good luck in the challenge. |

The textures and contrast in this background (the chair) really work well with the subject. And that single piercing eye is such a strong focal point. I love this image. |

Really wonderful face. Great tonal range, sharpness, and the low-sat olive chair is really working for me. |

WOW - he almost blends into the chair. I might've had it set a bit more blurred on the background but I do like it. On second review, bumping this one up. I predict a ribbon for you. |

I think that this would be a much stronger photo if he were set off from the background more ... like if you'd used red or green ... I like the sharpness and DOF though ... overall, good job ... |

Very nice - for a dog ;). Nice portrait feel and the I really like that just one eye is visible with that nice touch of color. The remaining muted colors work well to bring attention to the great detail on his coat. Nice work. 8 for now. |
