| Not a bad score for your first time out......I scored you higher and still feel it deserved better. But, then again, I would have been tickled with this score 2 weeks ago. |

| I think a darker background may have added something to this photo. The ring sort of blends in with the white background, making the ring not stand out as much as I think it should. I like the way you displayed it. it makes it original that way. The focus is good and lighting is also good. It's only the background that makes it appear a bit bright. Good luck with the challenge. |

| Nice still life, interesting curves on the dummy hand. A black background would make the ring stand out better, rather than the hand stand out, since it is presumably the ring that is new. I still like it. |

| One of the more creative photos of the challenge. I love the lines of the hand and the feel of the photo, but needs a richer background and maybe a little sharper focus. |

| ring looks somewhat distorted, like the image was stretched. the color is wierd too. looks kind of like a dark image lightened too much with levels. nice idea. |

| Thre seems to be a lot of ccd noise in this shot. You might want to try manually setting your camera to its lowest ISO setting next time. |

| Nice idea. Focus seems a bit fuzzy on central subject. Shiny metal and stones like this are very hard to photograph. A darker background might have been effective. |
