Thanks for all the replys, they r very helpfull :)
I've croped not nessesary things and left only the funny dog.
And I made use of all your advices: showed more details of dog, canceled blurring.
It's a pitty I cannot replace it here and show u - now it looks much-much better. |

5 - Odd. Not sure if it is lens or pp, the effect does work in an odd way, but for this Challenge - hm, not sure. Does work in an odd way. Up to 5 from 4. Bigger would have helped. |

To me, a portrait has controlled lighting and setting. This seems more of a snapshot. The car and leg do not add anything to the photo, and I would like to be able to see more detail of the dog. |

What an adorable little dog! Very cute.
As for the technical aspects of the picture, there could be some improvement....this comes across as a snapshot taken without consideration for the "scene". I see that you have tried to blur out the surrounding distracting elements, but it is best to position yourself so that they don't even appear in the shot at all unless they contribute to the shot in a meaningful way.
Hope that helps! :) |

Why not crop tighter instead of blurring everything out? I find it distracting when blur should be getting rid of distractions. |
