I think a bit of contrast boost here would give this some more oomph.

I like the shape of the dirt but the image seems a bit lacking in contrast.

I like the irregular yin/yang effect of the composition.

Good colors. Are you sure this wasn't made by a dog?, a tractor tire with mud would help.

IMO this looks better with increase contrast. It also seems to me that it needs more focus.

Incorrect exposure and adjusted in the computer? It happens to me sometimes too. When using manual lenses with my camera, I have no light meter.

Pretty color in the sky, but pretty boring dirt.

LOL. I can't stand it. The sunset is just as bad as the dirt pile. Nice diagonal. Jeez, I'm still laughing. That's the worst looking picture I ever saw. 8

This has a nice yin/yang composition ... but it needs more contrast - Perhaps since the light was behind the subject, it was too tough to see the dirt?

This could have used more contrast in my opinion. The earth colors are too bland.

Interesting in the fractal sense that this looks like a larger mountain range, but not much beyond that. 4

hmm, just not contrasty enough....try the Levels adjustments in Photoshop. You could do this selectively on the dirt if you wish.

I honestly can't say this composition works. My eyes follow the pile of dirt right off the picture, and I can't tell what the "subject" is - there is no distinguishing centerpiece in the shot (which a shot like this seems to be begging for).
