I really like the composition and the light on this. Looks like a Christmas card. Hair is so darn unforgiving when it comes to sharpening - i think that's all that robbed you of a better score on this.

a very nice shot indeed, well exposed and composed, with obvious thought given to the processing. however, the poor resolution, or jpeg artifacts, or over-sharpening has really brought the score down.

i think that the christmas ornament really takes away from this picture. It would have been festive enough with just the background tree lights and fabric.

5 - Perhaps a different colored vignetting(?) may have given this extra. Blue bauble dominates a little too much for this Challenge in my opinion. Perhaps a green inner frame to help bring out the eyes and the green of the tree also.

The fur looks over sharp and jaggy. 5 for a nice pose and idea.

Overprocessed. Too much sharpening and the vignetting is a bit extreme

Nice shot but you have a lot of grain in it.

Creative lighting and nice colors to set off the cat; looks oversharpened on my monitor.
