The title is perfect for this image. Love the soft blues into grey/whites, and the dirt showing through. One thing you might consider doing is to crop a bit more off top and bottom, to get rid of the darker blueish line at the bottom, and tha partial dirt/ice things at the top; just for a slightly clearner look. ~8

My eye has nothing to rest on, no particular focus of attention. That makes the composition suffer. 4
