 I stuck my camera in one end of a wrapping paper tube, and a ribbon printed on transparency paper at the other end. One bright work light was shining behind it, diffused slightly with a folded-up plastic shopping bag.

Shot in RAW: adjusted white balance to create the blue 1st placeness hue.
