I love the greens in this shot, but the browns look like a bit washed out (maybe too much desat in that area or heavy-handed with the shadows/highlights tool?) Composition is a bit ordinary as well.

You will need to enter a followup image in a future challenge when they all bloom. Nice simple idea with a clean execution. 7 from me.

i love the bulbs exploding out with new sprouts but the lighting is quite harsh

I don't think the black background enhances the concept of the shot. Something brighter and more alive might work well (complimentary to the green?)
