 Last rose on the bush! I can't believe there are still any at all in December. With cold temperatures and high winds this week, I don't expect it to be there by the end of the week.

Cropped, sharpened, resized, USM.

Post challenge: I agree a poster board would have helped alot, unfortunately I would have needed a ladder to reach it! This was a little higher than eye level from my porch, but from the ground would have been about 5 feet above my head. The white you are seeing is the siding on my second floor.

A little more cropped off the right side of the photo, stronger saturation and a sharper focus on the petals would have made this a stronger photo.

A poster board or somehting behind the rose plant might have helped this image. The background light takes away from this image IMO.
