 I have bananas as a subject for a challenge called "Death" How weird can I get... I couldn't do what I originally wanted because I had to got to a funeral a few cities away.. umm.. ironic isn't it..
and we ended up killing a dog on the way back in a freak accident.. We were on the fricking motorway where we don't have people or any other slow moving traffic and in the pitch darkness of the night during a crazy rain storm a dog comes in the way.. how weird is that... damaged the car and we're lucky the car didn't skid in front of other cars or collide in the barriers..so I'm lucky to be alive.. and the police couldn't find the animal's body (spooky).. I was so ready with the camera for some road kill pics...

uh..I really should call the details part dear diary instead...cause I write over here everything I shouldn't...

I didn't do much processing though.. usm, curves, shadow highlight and some desaturation.. btw that's a banana tree in the background.. dunno if the background takes away too much from the subject... only comments can tell....

This is nicely done! The contrast between the dead and dying works well, and then the green and thriving just behind really accentuates the rotten banana. I like this a lot! It is simple and clean and meets the challenge well without being too shrill. Well done! 8o)

too dark lighting was too bright so the camera closed down too much on the subject and bacground
