| These are hands that look like they could tell a number of stories. Nice positioning of them, gives me a sense of worry or upset. I like the b&w choice, makes the shadows and light really stand out. Excellent use of light as well. Great focus, I like the textures shown. Great image. 9 |

| I like your approach of showing just the hands of the lonely person. The pose (with no wedding ring), lighting, composition, and use of black and white all help make this image very expressive. |

| I like the image and the idea. But seeing two hands doesn't make me see this image as "alone". I don't know why but it just does. Don't worry though, I won't take away points for "not meeting the challenge" because I feel you did meet the challenge in a non literal way. |
