 I set up some sliver christmas tree ornaments and some sliver ribbon on top of a piece of glass and put my diffuser behind it for the white background. The camera was set up on a tripod. This was all set up in front of a large window which provided the backlight. I handheld a directional desk lamp over the ornaments while I pushed the remote with my other hand.

- Cropped
- healed out a small smudge on the glass
- Levels adjustment
- Desaturated to get rid of a slight yellow color cast.
- Raised brightness/contrast
- added a gaussian blur layer in softlight mode and lowered opacity
- USM
- resized, added border, USM again

The mirrored image is a good idea, but for me, this shot needs colour.
