Found this little guy in a bush by my house. It's quite hard to expose a black spider against a black background but I think it turned out ok. We'll see how it does...

so cute! better watch out, that's a jumper...and he's eyeing you! The complementary green colors really make this work, but I wish its head din't blend in w/the background so much.

Good color contrast and focus.
It would be more interesting/appropriate if you had the stem (and the "beast") on a more diagonal orientation.
