 O. Henry was the pen name of William Sidney Porter, an American writer famous for his short stories, especially the Christmas favorite, "The Gift of the Magi." His last words were part of a song that was popular at the time of his death.

Its very dark, and I'm not really getting the idea of this picture. Also I would have composed it more in the center.

interesting image. i like how the flame seems to be yearning to light the other. like it is the spirit of the living trying to bring back that of the dead that has just recently gone out. i think i've been on dpchallenge to long as i wish there was more contrast and not so much of a yellow cast
