Not sure exactly what I'm suppose to see here. It appears some of the shells are empty and some have cooked eggs in them, and one is not cracked open. Doesn't say much to me but the focus is nice and I like the B&W. If I understood it I might give more than a 5. |

Almost perfect... need more contrast I think or better lighting, but I love the photo! |

nice concept. I think the crop is too tight on the left, and the slanting feeling I get when looking right makes me a bit crazy. needs a bit more dramatic lighting. |

Interesting. I'm not sure the significance (if there is any) of the white eggs all being broken/used. I think the contrast in color very well separates the brown egg and creates that all alone aspect. It is of course got the second layer of being the only intact egg too - perhaps that was what you were going for (if a deeper meaning is there I confess I missed it!). I like the lighting, I'm not sure if I'd prefer it highlighting the different nature of the brown egg, or if its exclusion of the brown egg putting it in the shadows is better, they both work nicely. I do wish the focus was a bit sharper though. Well done. 7 |

I like the idea. You should have worked with the setup and I think it would have had better impact in color. |

There's too much going on in this shot. It takes way to long for my eye to find the actual subject of the pic.

Good idea. Perhaps a little less cropped would have made the image more balanced. I think I might have also tried shooting it from a sideways angle, showing the broken eggs but also the one remaining whole egg. I'd be curious to know if you tried different angles at all. |
