 Vase sprayed with christmas window snow and a flower (unknown type) from local florist.
Set up in a light tent with single flash from right and ambient window light from left.

PS work:

Cloned out the corner seam from the light tent as I don't have a white backdrop.

duplicated background layer and applied gaussian blur at 20% opacity
then applied layer mask and brought the flower back into sharp focus again.
Pushed through neat image to reduce noise
levels to adjust the white point
extensive curves work to get the high key contrasts just right

The whites of the petals have, in places, got lost against the stark white of the vase. Where they are against the slightly bluer white of the background, they stand out better.
