 Taken at Lake Louise early one morning on our recent trip to the Rockies. I loved the way the light would just kiss the mountain tops each morning and it was a great time of day for reflections.
Saturated and darkened for effect.

As the cliche goes, you'd have to get up mighty early in the morning to beat that. Pretty much feels like being there.

Very pretty. Great setting and use of reflection. Perhaps a little dark in the shade but that's a bit nitpicky. Nice shot.

Light DOES indeed make this photo work. Your capture of alpen glow is wonderful here. The symmetrical composition and dark to light from outside to inside work nicely. 9

Lovely! The use of light is tantamount here - it really makes the piece. The image feels crisp to me, I wish I could be there and see it in person. This may be strange, but I think this would be perfect for one of those motivational posters, they always use awe-inspiring images. There seems to be a bit of discoloration in the sky but I think its either due to resizing or my computer, so I didn't hold it against you. A wonderful capture. 9

Quite a beautiful scene! I think you did a great job with a very tricky exposure situation. It would have been hard to make it any lighter overall since the top of the mountain would then get blown out. Very nice!

Very breathtaking! The title sums up this photograph pretty well. It certainly sets a mood. Slighly over dark on the right, but nothing too horrid, the water and its reflection is good. Well captured!

If this is in your home town, I must say it must be nice to have such outstanding beauty around you such as this. This is gorgeous. The capture of the light just cascading on the far mountain is outstanding. Great job
