| Year of birth? It's hard to evaluate meeting the challenge. Most viewers, including me, would like to see some sharp detail in most images, including this one. Also consider cropping out the black borders, which seem to indicate a vidcap with digicam. |

what does the dog races have to do with this challenge? Or you didn't see that the year should be in the title?

| What year? I'm afraid your interpretation is lost on me which is probably my fault! Good depiction of motion but the effect is lost because there really isn't a subject and focus point. Is the dog the subject? Maybe you could have waited for it too get in front of the person and then panned with it? |
