I find this amazingly humorous. You've elevated the kitsch object to one of art. Typically we see statues, toys, stuffed animals shot with no regard to the rest of the image. Here, you given it an amazing setting and lighting that gives the object an entire new world with in which to consider it. Not sure I'm explaining myself well but you've given me a view of something not real and made it seem as if it is real - it has a life, it has emotion, it has attitude. Much like what oyu accomplished on your woody image. Its funny, if I stare at it long enough, I can see him moving his head aorund to look at me, wondering why I'm there. Its not an easy task to give life to something so lifeless. Kudos on an excellent job. |

Pretty color. However, the very dark subject makes the background seem more important. |

Nice photo. It reminds me of one of the top entries in the "woody" challenge. |

Tricky. :D In trying to determine if the "giraffe" was looking away or at the viewer I had to look close. Then I noticed that this is all a setup. :P The lack of any hair detail, some shine on the "face", and lack of a tail kind of gave it away. The background is either way overexposed, or the saturation levels have been pushed beyond recovery. |

The orange sky is striking here but the picture would improve if the giraffe was better lit. It's too dark to really see well. Also, there is funny bokeh or maybe a post-processing artifact to the right of the head. |

Is this a real giraffe or a toy one set up in the bedroom? Pretty good image though even if it is fake. |

I don't think there's enough detail/depth in the toy giraffe to center it in the composition like this. Different lighting might help. |
