I love the subtlety in your theme! :) Took me a moment to spot the other bench. Nice DOF and contrast. I think the HDR does help this one.

It's only by luck that I understand the title, because I had this photo open while having a long chat and saw the other bench. It would be easy to miss if one did not have the luxury of such a long view of it. So ... perhaps your title is too obscure.
Anyway, I think your processing is spot on. ;-)

Nice effort with this photo. The balance of the lighting is nicely done. I am not a big fan of the location of the bench - a little more the the middle. And it is very hard to see the other bench in the background - you really have to look!

Another nicely colored, saturated photo with wonderful detail in the shadows, meets the challenge well. I could see this on a wall at my dentist office if there was a clown reading a paper on the bench(there is a photo very similar to this with just what I added at my dentist office BTW) This is a 7 from me.
