| This is a nice image but I feel like the purpose of HDR here would have been to bring out the darkness and shadows that are on the buildings and below. Also, the billboard is rather distracting...not sure if there's a way to compose around that. |

I love the sky - it is a little over the top but works great with the color of the skyline. The use of HDR to show the building details was a nice approach |

| I like the extremes of tone here...well done...the sky adds movement and some sort of tension, too. |

| why you would choose to pull attention away from your stunning photo by leaving advertising in it is something I can't understand. Upper 3/4s of this image is a 9, lower 1/4 is a 2. 7 |
