7. Really like the composition. My preference would be for more clarity (crispness) of the glass rim, stem, and base. |

I think the thing that appeals to me most about this image is the color. For some reason, the play of the color through the glass, the liquid and reflected off the...umm thing the glass is on is wonderful. The second most appealing aspect of this image is the symmetry that's occuring throughout the whole image...of course that doesn't need explaining. My only critique would be the fact that the image seems cropped a bit tighter on the right side than on the left. Other than that, this image is simple, elegant and beautiful. |

It is one of the best images around. It is top ten, I am sure of that. |

Like the bubbles in the liquid and the play of light and shadow on the different surfaces. Would prefer the spotlight to be more accurately centred. |

Very classy photo. The colors are fantastic, use of light is wonderful. Crisp focus, good cropping, even the border works well. My only personal negative is the tray its on. I think I might like it better sitting on plain black - or even the bottom portion of the stem and foot disappearing into the black, being rendered invisible. Very dramatic image to my mind. 9 |

Very nice shot and color, only critique would be the off center light pool. Maintaining symmetry would have made this perfect. IMHO. |

the small bubbles in the glass are a bit too distracting; nice colors though |

Very warm colors. Really like the (spotlight?) in the back. maybe centre the glass in the middle of the plate (looks off balance). Very effective. Good luck. Jacko. 8 |
