nice composition. i like how the boardwalk leads you into the picture, as well as the zigzag patterns created the objects. don't think you need the border though. doesn't add to the image.

Great scene. Good feeling of solitude but with a positive spin. The colors are good but I wish they were a little more vivid. Good lighting - a little harsh in the top right corner but good over all. I think the focus should be a little sharper on the fisherperson. Well done. 7

The background is very washed out by the light.

Wonderful.

ThereΓΆ€™s definitely solitude. Seems a little contrasty though. The highlights are a little blown out and the shadows perhaps a little too dark.

this has a nice feeling of being alone, doing the fishing but not really caring too much about it - just taking advantage of the quiet 6

Nice composition and nice capture of the challenge. Points to consider: the frame is a bit too wide and the image looks too pixelated.

I don't personally care for this border with this shot, maybe just a black border would have worked better.

Tactful: Very brave to have such a bold border.
Untactful: What were you thinking? Purple?! Why??
The border really doesn't work here.
I can't concentrate on anything else in the photo.3
