Collect these ingredients. Lo-Mein Noodles, Broccoli, Sugar Snap Peas, Carrots, Mushrooms, Bamboo Shoots, water chestnuts, onions, red peppers, any kind of beef and soy sauce.
Mix up garlic salt, pepper, ginger, and some paprika and use it as a seasoning. You can also mix your own seasoning.
Add one teaspoon to the heated pan and then add the beef and fry it to your liking.
Once the beef is fried add the vegetables and seasoning. Stir frequently for about 13 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
Divy out and add soy sauce or your favorite oriental flavoring. |

Nice photo. Short depth of field is somewhat distracting. |

Great depth of field. Increedible focus. Nice close up of the noodles and the veggies. The good colors in the ingredients help to liven up the shot. Where's my chopstick. I'm getting hungry. |

The lighting is too weak and the depth of field is too shallow. I don't see any particular enhancement by not having the foreground in focus. |

Nice color and light. I like the shallow focus, but know many will not. Good work. |

Yum, but where is the beef? I see one tiny little piece under that broccoli. The lighting seems a tad dark but overall a wonderful shot. I give you an 8 ;) |

Where's the beef? Great colors, I would have liked a little more dof. |

Wow, those noodles just jump out at you. Very nice mix of colors and textures, nicely lit and exposed. |

Where's the Beef? Great Macro shot of this dish. Beautiful colours and texture. I would have not used the white spatula! Maybe would have sprinkled some Kashews on top for good measure. Great Photo. |

Nice colours. Would be better without the stirrer. Looks tasty though. |

This looks good! I love the color and texture of the photo, I also like the perspective, really close in. I do wish the whole foreground was in focus though, since the photo has a 'being served' feel to me. A little more light on the area in focus may have highlighted just right - seems a bit dark to me. Well done! 7 |

Stronger light, maybe ? Focus range is sure tight.. but I know that it's not easy to change that. Looks yummy ! Got my 8... |
