2 strips of bacon, cut in half
3 eggs
3 pats of butter
approx. 1/8 cup milk
salt to taste
pepper to taste (optional)

Mix 3 eggs in a bowl with a dash of salt, two splashes of milk and a pat of butter.

Heat a frying pan on high, be sure to spray pan with a non-stick cooking spray.

Once the pan is hot, pour the egg mixture in. Wait a few seconds and you'll notice the eggs begin to cook - take a spatula and scrape the eggs off the bottom, allowing the more liquid parts to hit the hot pan.

Turn heat down to medium.

Continue scraping and stirring until all the eggs are cooked and have a light fluffy look. Add two pats of butter and stir them into the fully cooked eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.

In the same pan place the 4 pieces of bacon. Cook until the crispness is to your liking. Eat a piece of bacon.

Arrange the eggs and bacon in a bowl or on a plate. Eat another piece of bacon.

Select a crisp background and eat another piece of bacon.

Rearrange the eggs and last bacon piece and photograph.

Eat breakfast.

I'd planned on doing carmelized cajun chicken - but I forgot to take the pictures and we ate it all for dinner. Oops.

mmm,, from a food styling point of view, the bowl should have been wiped off.
It's a bit over exposed so the eggs look rather like popcorn. Good angle though.

The lighting shows off the texture of the eggs, and the bacon provides a nice contrast. A bit soft; some sharpening would help.

I love scrambled eggs :) I like to mix in a little parmesan or romano cheese with mine and a dash of black pepper :)

I love eggs in the morning and that bacon looks just about perfect to the way I like it! The colors and clarity on this shot is wonderful but the presentation throws me a bit. Guess I'm used to seeing eggs and bacon on a plate with toast but then that's been done to death so your original presentation will earn you points. The smudge on the bowl to the left is just a bit distracting, and the tablecloth is pretty but again, distracting. I give you a 7 today.

First thing I notice here is thre really harsh shadow to the right of the bowl. This is really distracting to the photo as a whole. The next thing I notice is that your subject is off center enough to make this a non centered shot, but not quite off center enough to give it any dramatic angle or anything. It looks like a sloppy job lining up the shot. The food looks good, although the crispest focus seems to be in the bottom left corner on the table cloth. The eggs seem a bit soft, but look at the detail in the bottom left corner. I wish that kind of detail and focus were on the eggs. ~Heather~

Has all the elements but isn't as exciting as I would have wished. Perhaps it just needs contrasting colors to take it up a notch. Some slices of orange or red pepper would have helped. Gets a 9

This makes me hungry. I'll be back after I'll have some scrambled eggs and bacon. I won't be the only one having this probably.

Pretty good centering of the bowl. The eggs looks pretty appetizing. The bacon looks greasy like the way it should. Lighting gives some good shadows in the eggs to shows its texture. I'm ready for breakfast now.
