 On another image hosing site, one of the senior posters described this image as 'haunting'.

I must admit, I find it strangely very attractive, which is precisely the opposite of how I should react when seeing this traditional garment?

Another excellent photograph. Marvelous depth and dimension to this as well. As far as your attraction, you must be an eyes person, always a strong focal point in your photos.

One thing I'm wondering, in your portraits the subject often is centered in the frame. Is this by design, as the background usually balances out the composition? Or simply something you do subconsciously?
