A picture that I had taken of Skylar (my little boy) was displayed on my computer monitor. I then reflected it onto a small puddle of water that I placed on top of a sheet of flat black plastic covering my computer keyboard.

Post-processing in PS: adjustments in curves, brightness/contrast, color adjustments, shadows/highlights, crop, resize, border, save for web, sharpen, neat image, sharpen again.

I have tried and tried to work out how this was achieved, but can't! Effective.

Interesting angle. I'm not sure how it was possible to take this with the reflecting surface on a verticle plane... perhaps it's not water?

well done: presume a photo reflected into a pool of water in a controlled environment. Makes for a striking image.
