the top of the photo seems burned out to me, but good color and shard otherwise

I see lily pads but I am not seeing their reflection.

nice color and interesting angle of view. Two comments. The plant in the forground makes the water lillies look too small and the the image could be cropped ore at the top and right to remove distracting details.

The blown hightlights in the top take away from the overall effectiveness of this photo.
